The Mod:Replace the front and rear stock non-adjustable track bars with Currie adjustable track bars. What it does:Permits centering of the front and rear axles after lifting the Jeep. Photos:What you get - the front track bar is on the top:
When removing the track bar, loosen both bolts, and jack up the axle bolt side until the nut is loose, then remove the bolts:
Front track bar removed. Stock track bar on the top, Currie on the bottom:
Rear track bar removed. Stock track bar on the top, Currie on the bottom:
When installing the track bar, jack up the axle side mount until the bolt slides in easily:
The bolts should be torqued with weight on the axle. It's much easier to torque with the wheels off:
